Business continuity and backup plan

How we keep running or recover when hosting, the database or a key person is lost.

Why we need it

Stores will have orders in flight. An outage without a plan costs partners.

What it must cover

01Backup schedule and restore test
02Hosting failure
03Key person cover
04Communication during an outage
